RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
As a European merchant, Welcomemrbaby.com conforms to "The
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000",
and it is dedicated to offering the highest standard of customer
service.
- The law states that you have the right to cancel
your contract with our company at any time before 7 working
days from the day after the date of delivery of the products.
- However, Welcomemrbaby.com has extended this period
to 28 days, during which we will be happy to refund or exchange
any item(s) that you are not completely satisfied, with
proof of purchase.
- All returns must be in unused / perfect / saleable
condition and in original packaging. You will receive a
full refund of the purchase price, but the cost of returning
goods will be your responsibility.
- If in the unlikely event you should receive your
order damaged or find the goods to be faulty, please contact
us at orders@welcomemrbaby.com
via email and we will advise you on the necessary procedures
for returning your goods.
Welcomemrbaby.com will offer you the choice of a replacement
or refund at no extra cost to you. In fact, it is only in
this case that we will cover the shipping cost of returning
goods. Please note that any damage in transit or shortages
must be notified to Welcomemrbaby.com within 48 hours of
receipt.
- If your goods become defective within the first
period of use due to the fault of the manufacture, Welcomemrbaby.com
will send out a new replacement. All our goods come with
the manufacturer's guarantee, whose extent varies depending
on the item. The guarantee will start from the day you receive
your order.
In case of a return, the parcel remains your responsibility
until it is delivered to us. Please retain proof of postage
to facilitate claims should the goods be lost in transit.
Please note that Welcomemrbaby.com cannot be held responsible
for any lost returns.
