SHIPMENT CHARGE AND DELIVERY RULES

At the time of ordering, the customer must provide a correct daytime telephone number, post/zip code and e-mail address. Welcomemrbaby.com will not be held liable for failed or late deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
We will automatically send you an email confirming that we have received your order. If you do not receive an email immediately, please contact us to avoid any delay.

All orders are shipped via international courier, and they will arrive in 5 - 10 working days to any European destination. However, if the item is out of stock, shipment may be delayed or partly shipped. If the expected delivery time visualized within the product description is 25-30 working days, this indicates that the item is out-of-stock.
We do not keep large items, such as furniture, in-stock. Please understand that they have a manufacturing lead time from our suppliers of three to four weeks.

All parcels will need to be signed for. Please advice us of a neighbour's address or other secure place where your order can be left if you expect to be out when the parcel is due (the order form offers the option of an alternative delivery address).
Deliveries are made between 8.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday through Friday.
Please check the content of your parcel. Damage/shortage must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.

We implemented a mathematical algorithm that calculates a reasonable shipment contribution from the customer. It is based on the type of goods that will have to be shipped, the country they will be shipped to, and is inversely proportioned to the total euro amount of the order. It does not depend on the method of payment selected. For example, you will asked for more money if you buy a heavy and voluminous item such as a Changing Dresser than if you buy a Stroller, but you will asked (in %) more money if your shopping cart adds up to 200 euro than if the total is 500 euro. At the same time it is more expensive to have the same stroller shipped to Sweden than to France.
We have a minimum 15.00 euro contribution. Total shipping charges are clearly displayed upon checkout before you enter your payment details and complete the purchase.
Welcomemrbaby.com reserves the right to increase shipping costs for exceptional orders/items. You will be contacted and given the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to pay the extra shipping charge.

In some countries, import duties and taxes may have to be paid on goods arriving from abroad. Before placing an order, you may wish to obtain details of import duties from the Customs and Excise or postal authorities in the country to which the goods are being shipped.

We also accept orders for later delivery (for products on extended delivery, or to reserve an item prior to the birth of your baby, so that it is not stored at your home). You may order them and we will take a 25% deposit and store the item. You can then send us an email and we will collect the balance owed and ship the goods.
