We are a Italy based company. Our website is intended for use by consumers; that means people who want to buy our products for personal use and not for any business purposes. The prices on our website are inclusive of Italian VAT but exclusive of local taxes, import duties and clearances. All of the above will apply for customers resident outside the UE. We are not responsible for any such taxes including VAT, duties or clearances which may become payable.
Payments will be taken immediately on order. Payment for all products must be made by one of the methods offered during the ‘checkout’ process:

DELIVERY:
We currently deliver to anywhere in the world. We usually ship on the same day of the order (depending on the time of its arrival).
We will deliver all stocked items to any country within the UE within 2-4 working days.
We will deliver all stocked items to any country outside the UE within 7-10 working days.
All orders will be associated with detailed tracking information.
Invoice will be issued at the time of shipment. Customer will be able to download the invoice while tracking the order.
