Warranty & Defects

DELIVERY ISSUES

Damaged Items

We are responsible for any damage incurred during transportation. If you receive a damaged item, we will replace the entire product or the affected components free of charge.

Please contact us at customercare@welcomemrbaby.com if your item arrives damaged. You may be asked to provide photos or a short video to support your claim.

Missing Items

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. If, upon delivery, part of your order appears to be missing, please wait at least 2 additional business days before contacting us, as the remaining parcel(s) may still be in transit.


WARRANTY

All products purchased on WelcomeMrBaby.com are covered by a 2-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. During this period, we will replace the defective product in full or the relevant defective components at no additional cost.

If replacement is not feasible, a full or partial refund may be offered and agreed upon with the customer.

Each claim is assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the manufacturer may also be consulted to determine the most appropriate solution.

To assist our Customer Service team in handling your request efficiently, you may be asked to provide photos or a short video supporting your claim.


Limitation of Warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply in the following cases (including but not limited to):

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, including improper storage or inadequate product care

  • Maintenance or use not in accordance with the user manual

  • Failure to follow the instructions provided in the user manual

  • Abuse, negligence, carelessness, or accidents

  • Product modification or alteration

  • Damage caused by air transportation or freight handling

  • Tire damage such as punctures, holes, or tears

  • Installation of third-party accessories (e.g., buggy boards) not recommended by the manufacturer

OUT-OF-WARRANTY PRODUCTS

Even after the warranty period has expired, we will do our best to assist you by contacting the manufacturer and obtaining a quotation for repair, replacement, or spare parts.
