Refund & Returns Policy

WelcomeMrBaby.com is the trade name of Baby Center SRLS. We operate in accordance with European consumer protection rules, including the right of withdrawal and return under Directive 2011/83/EU.


Returns for unwanted items (within 30 days)

You may request a refund or exchange for eligible products returned within 30 days from the date of receipt (delivery charges are not refundable).

To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receipt.

  • The product is unused, in the same condition as received, and complete with original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The customer must package the item appropriately to prevent damage in transit.


Refund processing

  • Once the return is delivered to our facility, the item will be received and inspected by our service department.

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer care team by email at customercare@welcomemrbaby.com and always include your full name and order number. We aim to reply within 24 hours.

Restocking / cancellation fees

A 15% restocking fee applies when an item has been specially requested from the supplier to fulfill your order.

If the product has not been dispatched and:

  • More than 20 business days have passed from the order date, the cancellation fee is reduced to 10%.

  • More than 40 business days have passed from the order date, the cancellation fee is reduced to 7%.

International deliveries — important note

For international shipments, we are unable to recall parcels once they have been dispatched. If you wish to return an item, please accept delivery first and then follow the standard return procedure. Do not refuse delivery, as any carrier stoppage fee and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
